- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Custom products that are made according to your specifications are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.

- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to damaged or defective items, Mehabo will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
